Production & Delivery Time
All automotive paints are freshly mixed and individually prepared according to your vehicle’s model, name, and paint code. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days depending on destination and local postal service workload.
All pigments used in our production process are manufactured within the European Union and meet the highest quality standards.
You order the paint – we create it individually for your vehicle.
⚠️ Important Notice
SD COLORS reserves the right to extend processing or delivery times in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, SD COLORS is not responsible for delays, losses, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Neither SD COLORS nor its shipping partners (UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, etc.) accept claims for indirect or consequential damages caused by delivery delays.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our service and products.

If your item is not delivered, we will fully refund the product cost and shipping fees.

Refunds or replacements are also provided if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong color was delivered due to our mistake.

Custom-made products (such as individually mixed automotive paints) may not be eligible for return unless there is an issue with delivery or quality.
