By placing an order on SD COLORS, the buyer and seller agree to the following terms and conditions.
TERMS.
In these terms, Seller is SD COLORS and Buyer means the Buyer of the Goods from the Seller in accordance with these terms.
SD COLORS makes sure that the buyer receives the goods on time! We create products that fully comply with the picture, description and stated requirements!
PAYMENT.
Payment is due in full before shipping.
CLAIMS.
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the company is notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods in the event of damage. The Company must be notified in writing within 14 days of the invoice date in the event of a loss. The Company will not consider claims made outside the specified deadlines.
PURCHASE RETURNS.
If an item was ordered in error or does not meet expectations, the company may agree to return it subject to the following conditions.
a) The request must be sent to SD COLORS within three days of receipt of the goods.
b) If you wish to return unwanted items, please ensure that any item you purchase is in its original condition, unaltered, unused, and sent back to us in its original packaging. Your legal rights are not violated.
c) Refunds will be based on the purchase price minus shipping costs and will be refunded.
d) Returns will NOT be accepted for any custom made items such as the SD COLORS paint system due to the individual nature of the product.
DELIVERY.
The specified delivery time of the goods is approximate. Since SD COLORS is not responsible for the delay in delivery by the carrier company or circumstances beyond its control that led to the delay in delivery or loss of cargo. SD COLORS completely disclaims responsibility for the cargo after assigning a tracking number and receiving the cargo to the carrier company. SD COLORS will not accept claims for consequential damages due to late delivery or loss of cargo by the carrier's company.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS AFTER SHIPMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
CHANGES.
Any changes to orders must be confirmed in writing by the buyer and agreed in writing with SD COLORS, prior to shipment!
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights protect the supplied goods. You may not reproduce, modify or copy, distribute or exploit for commercial purposes any material or content without the written permission of SD COLORS.
SD COLORS shall not be liable for any consequential damages caused by breach of contract or otherwise. SD COLORS is not responsible for non-compliance with the above conditions.
For each SD COLORS product, there is a detailed instruction. The goods are sold on the condition that they are used only for their intended purpose. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
